Service Scope & Delivery:

Packages that do not include full event service or on-site staffing are provided as day-of delivery and setup, with equipment pickup scheduled for the following day unless otherwise specified in the package description or agreed to in writing.

Packages that include DJ services or live event management include on-site operation during the event window only. Extended on-site time may be added at an additional cost.

Add-Ons & Enhancements:

Add-ons may be applied to any package, subject to availability, and must be confirmed in advance. Available add-ons include, but are not limited to:

• Staging and risers
• Additional wireless microphones
• Additional speakers or audio zones
• Photo booths and interactive activations
• Custom décor and event styling
• TVs, video playback, and visual displays
• Dancers, performers, or specialty talent

Pricing for add-ons varies based on scope, venue requirements, and logistics.

Location & Travel Fees:

We proudly offer discounted pricing for local events within the Upper East Side.

Events located outside of New York City may incur an additional travel and logistics fee, unless travel is explicitly included in the selected package description.
